Custom buildout and front-end customization of a Real Geeks IDX website for Anna Nawalany, a Denver Metro Realtor with Equity Colorado. The project covers the full Real Geeks platform: homepage layout and branding, custom area pages for Aurora, Centennial, Denver, Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Lakewood, and Parker, plus the neighborhood and market report pages nested under each.
Each area page was built with SEO in mind: unique meta titles and descriptions, custom intro copy covering local market data, schools, and amenities, internal links to featured neighborhoods, and structured CTAs tied to that area’s market report.
Work included HTML/CSS customization within the Real Geeks template system, IDX search widget styling, and front-end polish across the property search, listings grid, and footer navigation to keep the site consistent with Real Geeks’ platform constraints while giving it a distinct, non-template feel.
The result is a Real Geeks site built to rank locally city by city rather than relying on a single generic homepage, with each area page functioning as its own landing page for that submarket.
