Custom design and buildout of a Real Geeks website for Peter Palmiere and Laura Pizzuti, a two-agent Weichert team serving Westchester County, NY. The homepage features a custom interactive map search built into the hero section, letting buyers jump straight into Westchester’s town and village grid (Bedford, Bronxville, Rye, Scarsdale, White Plains, Yonkers, and 20+ more) instead of relying on a generic search bar.
Area pages go beyond standard city-level IDX pages with school-district-specific landing pages, like the Yonkers school district page, built to capture buyers searching by district rather than just by town. This matters in Westchester, where school zone often drives the home search more than municipality lines, and it gives the site a way to rank for a search intent most competing Real Geeks builds miss.
Each agent also got a custom profile page (Peter Palmiere’s included) rather than a shared bio paragraph, with individual headshots, direct contact info, and a “Learn More” path from both the homepage team section and the about navigation. This lets the site market Peter and Laura as distinct points of contact while still functioning as one unified team brand.
Front-end work included the custom map search component, HTML/CSS for the school-district and agent-profile templates, and Real Geeks platform styling to integrate the Weichert brand elements (logo, badges, brokerage address) cleanly into the standard template structure.
Want me to bundle these three (OWN, Baja Luxury, Palmiere & Pizzuti) into a single portfolio page sorted by feature type (map search, area pages, agent profiles, etc.) instead of one writeup per site?
