The site’s structure reflects the cross-border nature of her market, with featured community pages spanning both states (River Falls, Hudson, New Richmond, and Prescott in Wisconsin; Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Lake Elmo, Oakdale, and Stillwater in Minnesota) under a single brand rather than splitting into two separate sites.
The homepage runs a live IDX feed pulled from the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, surfacing new listings across both states in one scrolling carousel, which required handling MLS data and disclaimer requirements specific to a Wisconsin/Minnesota cross-market feed. Each featured community links out to its own area page rather than dumping all listings into one generic search results view.
Front-end work included the homepage layout, hero and headshot section, featured-communities grid, and IDX styling to keep listing cards, the property carousel, and lead-capture CTAs (instant MLS access, new listing alerts) consistent with the brand’s typography and color palette inside the Real Geeks platform.
