Sold Buy the Sea Realty is a local hand on full-service real estate brokerage with all the resources, connections, networks and relationships of the larger firms in town. We know that no matter how much we grow; the personal touch of a small boutique is what remains most important to us. We also know that word of mouth and referrals are better than any high dollar marketing campaign or paid ad. Accordingly, the list below consists of local people that our agents, clients or colleagues have personally used and were pleased with their service. Please note we are in no way affiliated with these vendors and have not been paid to endorse them. We would highly recommend you be wary of companies that recommend a vendor or supplier and then make you sign acknowledgments stating that they have been paid to make the referral. On that some note, we can’t guarantee or in any way ensure these vendors. You are welcome to use who you want in any situation regarding your real estate transaction or improvement; this list is just our suggestions. If you know someone we should add we would love to hear about them. Please fill out the form above and tell us why we should add them to our list.
